Delivery fees may vary by postal code, delivery method, order size, membership status, and current dispatch rules. A preview is an estimate until the order is confirmed by Forge.
3. Jobsite Requirements
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
- The jobsite must be accessible for the selected delivery method.
- Customers are responsible for any site restrictions, access notes, gate codes, or receiving instructions.
- Additional charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect address details or unsafe site access.
4. Delays and Changes
Delivery timing may be affected by weather, traffic, supplier availability, dispatch volume, or safety conditions. Forge will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delivery changes as early as possible.
